Cancellation Policy

Change of lesson


If you would like to change or reschedule your lesson, you can do so by emailing/calling CD Guitar School and together, we will look at a more suitable date and time. I always try to accommodate within the same working week, but sometimes this is not possible. In this case we would need to look at the following week.

 

Cancellation – what happens if you cancel the session?


You can cancel your lesson at any time by emailing/calling/texting CD Guitar School. If your cancellation communication is sent within 24 hours of our session, you will still be charged for the full session. If the cancellation is made more than 24 hours in advance and you have paid for that lesson already, it will be honoured at our next lesson or refunded if that is your preference.

 

Cancellation – what happens if I cancel the session?


If I am to cancel a lesson, I will inform you as soon as possible. I will always aim at rescheduling the missed lesson within the same week if possible. You will not incur any additional costs for this, and if you have made a payment for that session already, it will be honoured or refunded if that is your preference.
